I finally found this in vocabulary...
Sounds promising.
You know, Ravisk, it might be interesting to have some details on that matter.
As for "thrusts" here - are you moving just in general, or is there something to be hit
and if yes, then what exactly? ___________________________
Then again:
If you are just hitting the air here, I understand it is no fun at all, so 2é should be enough
But if you are NOT hiting the air - then, hmm, 20?
And that is meant to be a PERFORMANCE? |

| I'm doing daily work-out, something similar like Ravisk, except that I do each exercise 50 times. I try to develope all parts of my body equally (arms, legs, back and stomach). I also like cycling. Sometimes I ride bycicle 200km a day (it's been a while I didn't do it actually ). And I like swimming, I swimmed a lot while I was in high-school and then stopped. I would like to start doing it again. |

| hi mermaid good to see you as well I had my first russian class hehe and I must admit that I am really looking forward to learn azbuka even though that it seems so complicated I do believe that I will manage it... the only thing I do not like is that azbuka doesnt have all the letters that latin has so I sense some problems there but well our teacher seems to be a nice one - not like the one of PE - so next week we are having another lesson so it will be fun definitely |

| well, on second thought azbuka does not have a with these two dots you have and o with this roof about it. But as I see it - o with roof about it is just Slovak speciality - nobody else is having it. Ravisk, a good one position, no doubt about it... but is not all work to be done by a girl in this one? So, what do you need to practise? |

Ravisk,
a good one position, no doubt about it... but is not all work to be done by a girl in this one? So, what do you need to practise? | well the pelvic thrust esp for guys that's to train their stamina while the girl rides on em. But if guys wanna be fast, I suggest they do Push ups especially Missionary Position, I know girls like it if us guys have a very fast pace. |

| I play soccer sometimes and I played basketball for a while when I was younger. I don't like team sports so much. My passion swimming, I try to swim regularly once or twice a week. Whenever I can I like horse riding. Wild trips in the nature Lizzie: I never tried tennis , it looks an interesting sport. I wanna try archery some day |
