Cain's Offering (featuring Jani Liimatainen and Timo Kotipelto)

This band was mentioned already in couple of topics but it deserves it's own. Like I wrote in my "Gather The Faithful" album-review (http://mffblog.com/2010/02/26/cains-offering-gather-the-faithful/) it is rare these days to find an album that simply blows you away. But their album did just that.

Cain's Offering features the members Jani Liimatainen (ex-Sonata Arctica, Timo Kotipelto (Stratovarius, Kotipelto), Mikko Harkin (Solution.45, Mehida, ex-Sonata Arctica, ex-Wingdom, ex-Kenziner), Jukka Koskinen (Norther, Wintersun) and Jani "Hurtsi" Hurula (Paul Di'Anno)







This is simply one of the best instrumentals I have ever heard.

Jani Liimatainen and Timo Kotipelto are doing acoustic gigs quite a lot these days but no Cain's Offering gigs are planned at the moment. They were even asked to tour Japan but for some reason they didn't. It's a shame really cause I would really like to see them live.

Yeah, i know about those... Still, it's a shame... I would love to see them live... Although I know that's not going to happen, any time soon that is... Making a Finnish tour is one thing, making a European one, then coming to Serbia, it's not gonna happen xP

This is the case of a lot of bands forming but personnel are in too many bands to be committed syndrome xD
