Turisas is clearly going to win (without divine intervention), but Amorphis gets my vote. Tomi Koivusaari and Esa Holopainen have mastered lots of different styles, kept a band going for 20+ years, and perfected the "vaguely folky melodic metal" formula. They can turn one riff into a full song ("The Smoke") and still have it kick ass, or write progressive journeys like "Sampo" (or "Magic and Mayhem" or "To Father's Cabin" if you want to get old-school). Plus, Tomi Joutsen is a hell of a frontman and has a great voice.
