Website or rehersal places for Metalscene in Lahti ?

Hei Guys!
I m now for a year in Finland and want to get in contact with the Metalscene here!
Im a quite good screamer and can also play some bass.
I live now in Lahti wich is called the little chicago from Finland XD Niin..
Do you Guys know websites or places were i could tell some Bands or musicians that i propably want to join them? You know websites like metalhammer forum or a place where some bands using to play so they can notice?
